Our story

Hi, we're Rik and Jaz, we co-founded Canem Creations in 2021 based on our love for attention to detail and under the belief that you should look for quality. And if what you want doesn't exist then you should make it. Since then we've been continuously designing and making toys which we want to be the pride of your collection.

We aim to sell our toys to those looking for a little "extra", who value quality and apprecitate being able to customise their toy to their desire.

Helpful information

Discrete packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly in nondescript brown parcels. There are no lurid details on the packaging for prying eyes. 

Materials
All toys are made using bodysafe platinum cured silicone and with the correct proccessing to ensure durability and safety. The platinum silicone used is hypoallergenic, certified body safe and non-porous. The end result is a material which discourages bacteria and is condusive to good hygiene when properly cared for.

Toy care
On arrival you'll find your toy to be dusted in cornstarch. This is to prevent moisture build up during shipping and it can simply be washed off. Platinum silicone is reasonably durable and you should expect your toy to last a long time, providing no sharp implements are taken to it. To avoid any bacteria developing we encourage washing your toy in hot soapy water and letting it dry. When not in use, it's ideal to allow your toy to be in an enviroment where moisture in unlikely to build up.
Avoid using silicone-based lubricant with silicone based toys, it's better to opt for a water-based lubricant instead.

Custom Requests
Want a colour not shown? Let us know in the custom requests, send over a hex
colour value and we can try out best to accommodate by making a custom
mix. We're able to accomodate other requests as well which are
reasonably possible, although results may be unpredictable. For any
elaborate desires, it may be best to contact us beforehand to see
whether this is possible.

Tracking and delivery updates
Notification will be given on dispatch and courier tracking will be provided as standard on all orders.

Shipping and proccessing times
UK: 2-3 days
Europe: 5-10 days
USA and international: 1-2 weeks

Processing time typically varies around 1-4 weeks. Due to the bespoke nature of this product proccessing times can vary by seasonal volume. However, we aim to not exceed 2 weeks.
